The age range for our Youth Leaders Program is 17 - 22 years.  There are some exceptions for younger participants accompanied by one parent.

  • YLD curates global change makers to offer inspiration and advice on how you can craft your own journey of leadership, meaning, and passion more effectively.

  • YLD brings together an interesting group of youth leaders to help you make a bigger voice for youselves as the next generation.

  • YLD facilitates engaging experiences that will be filled with surprises for you to remember for the rest of your life.

  • YLD offers select modules for a parent and child (age 12 to 14) to be jointly exposed to one of the world’s most powerful forums.  This experience will improve your family communication. There is an option for Mother and Daughter / Father and Son program upon inquiry.

    In the spirit of Davos, the Open Forum aims to stimulate dialogue among thought leaders across topics such as geopolitics, economics, environment, leadership, and the role of the arts in society. Sharing vision for a better world, government officials, artists, civil society leaders, innovative entrepreneurs, and CEOs of multinational companies convene to listen, participate and share thoughts, experiences and stories on pressing issues.

    World Economic Forum (WEF) Week

    For over 50 years, WEF is a powerful neutral platform for global leaders to connect and collaborate. In 2024, over 50 heads of state and similar numbers of top private sector leaders attended aiming to respond better to global challenges.

Walk to events on Promenade, Davos (16 min, 1 km) and Migros Restaurant (5 min, 300 m).

All participants will be staying in a large room with 20 beds, offering a communal experience. Separate shared toilet facilities are on the same floor.

  • Size of shared room:  120 sqm (1,300 sqft)

  • 24-hour tea/coffee/cold food self-serve buffet

  • Limited space up to maximum 15 participants.

  • The cost covers accommodation in large share room, meals, in-country transportation, access to scheduled events and activities, and program materials, for the duration of the program. Starting from pick-up at Zurich Airport on January 18, 2025. Ending at drop-off at Zurich Airport on January 25, 2025.

  • The cost does not include personal expenses and travel to and from Switzerland.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment 5 days after acceptance.

  • No refund for cancellation or any program parts. 

  • Replacement participant allowed upon interview.

Application Process

  • Submit Application Form

  • Receive acknowledgement within 3 working days for interview meeting (30 minutes).

  • Receive Acceptance Letter within 5 working days after interview.

  • Application deadline December 31, 2024.
